You may return the product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund under the following conditions:
1. Product must be tested indoors on Carpet!
2. Product may not show any signs of wear or abuse.
3. Product has to be in original condition.
4. Product has to have all parts and materials returned.
5. Product has to be in original packaging.

We do not refund the original shipping cost and the customers is responsible for return shipping. After we receive and process your return we will refund the purchase price of the product.
